As founder and creative director of Target Market Advertising, Chuck Cumiskey is responsible for putting the agency's creative process in motion for each of our clients. He oversees all creative development and production. Chuck has worked in advertising since1981 beginning as a copywriter. He is a past president of the AdvertisingClub of Columbus and the 1998 recipient of the Club'sSilver Medal in recognition of his long term service to Columbus' advertising community.
